Mobile phone forensics prove crucial in the Michael Jackson trial

Details are emerging from the trial of DR. Conrad Murray that shows the importance of mobile phone forensics.
A DEA Digital Forensic analyst testified in the trial that he found emails Dr Conrad Murray had sent hours before Michael Jackson died on the 25th June 2009. Not only were critical timeline emails recovered but also discovered digital medical charts thought to be nonexistent. But the key piece of evidence was a damaging audio recording of an impaired Michael Jackson reportedly made by Dr Conrad Murry.
As more and more people use a Smartphone for a multitude of activities the needs for Mobile Phone Forensics cannot be emphasised enough.
Without the skills of a Mobile Phone Forensic specialist this key evidence may never have come to light.
