Our Leeds laboratory has passed its physical and information security audit by the Metropolitan Police. This audit is testament to the effectiveness of our security measures in how we handle physical, staff and information security at our Leeds site, as well as at our sites in London and Warwickshire.

Clients can rest assured that we always take the custody and security of client data, exhibits, instructions and financial data extremely seriously. Our security measures are designed to reduce risk to cyber security as far as practically possible for clients, staff and the justice system.

Well done to our hard working team to deploy our processes, equipment and systems into the Leeds laboratory – it shows that we can establish a new laboratory within a few short weeks where the need arises, in a professional and thorough manner. Our standard security measures include:

• All of our staff hold National Security Clearance to Security Check (SC) level plus NPPV-3 vetting for working with Police authorities across the UK
• Secure unmarked collection and delivery vehicles – for security and discretion – plus never leaving any evidential material or exhibits unattended.
• Security tested information systems and networks – including undertaking independent penetration testing of our networks regularly – to ensure that we maintain all data securely
