Forensic Software Developer

(£30k + Benefits)

The successful candidates will provide lead developer of the Lima Forensic Case Management development program and assist and support the Director of Forensics in delivery of software solutions to support the forensic industry. This will include:

  • Full lifecycle application development.
  • Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
  • Object-oriented Design (OOD)
  • Application graphical design
  • Software testing and quality assurance
  • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
  • Support, maintain and document software functionality
  • Project Planning and Project Management
  • Maintain standards compliance

    Technologies

    Candidates will have demonstrable experience in the following technologies:

  • C, C#, Java, .NET, Python, Perl, ADO
  • HTML, JSP, JavaScript, XML, ASP, JSP, PHP, AJAX
  • MySQL, SQL Server

    Security Clearance

    Due to the nature of the role applicants will be required to be security vetted, therefore applicants must be currently resident in the UK and have been for at least 3 years.


    Business Development Manager

    (£30k + Commission + Car + Benefits)

    The successful candidate will provide new business and account management role to maximise revenues from Law Enforcement, large and mid tier legal and corporate accounts. The role involves promoting the company's Computer Forensic services and software products as well as identifying other opportunities within this unique industry. As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the Company and will be rewarded with an attractive package and support to develop your sales career. This important role reports direct to the Managing Director in a business culture which is enthusiastic and friendly and where there is a real motivation to take this ambitious privately owned company forward.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Promote the company's Computer Forensics services and products
  • Generate and close new business opportunities through targeted cold calling, warm calling
  • Management of customer expectations, ensuring the highest level of service is provided
  • Develop, meaningful and commercial relationships at all levels
  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars and networking events
  • Production of marketing materials and competitor analysis
