IntaForensics – a leading UK digital forensics solutions provider – are proud to announce the appointment of new talent to strengthen our team further, as the company moves into new services and industries.
Martin Smith is our new Principal Security Consultant.
Martin is a highly experienced and qualified PCI-QSA (Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor) who has over 20 years of IT industry experience having worked with Ambersail and GB Group Plc previously. Martin’s detailed technical and business operational knowledge enable him to provide excellent support and technical consultancy to clients of all sizes.
Andrew Bassi is our new Principal Payment Card Industry Forensic Investigator (PFI).
Andrew has over 8 years of experience in the specialised field of payment card forensic investigations as well as being a qualified QSA. Andrew has extensive experience in the field having previously worked for PTP Consulting (Risk-X), Proviti, Arsenal Security Group and 7Safe. With nearly 20 years of IT experience both from a security and operational perspective, Andrew brings a new depth of experience to the IntaForensics team.
IntaForensics are currently going through the process of becoming accredited by the PCI-SSC (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council) in order to offer services to industry for the investigation of IT breaches involving payment card data. Andrew and Martin join our team, headed by Damian Walton, Director of Professional Services, who joined IntaForensics from Visa Europe. Once the correct accreditations are in place, the team will be offering services including:
* Cyber Essentials Accreditation (Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus)
* PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) services
* PCI Forensic Investigations (PFI)
* IT Security Audits and Advisory services
* IT Security and Security Standards Training (e.g. ISO 27001)
