James House QC, a barrister at Bedford Row Chambers said.

‘’As a barrister specialising in criminal trials I am increasingly confronted with information emanating from computers, mobile phones, satellite navigation systems and other hi-tech gadgets. This data is very often central to issue in the case. Being able to understand its provenance, its limitations and its accuracy is vital, whether one is prosecuting or defending. Andrew Frowen and the team at IntaForensics are exemplary. I have instructed them in all manner of cases. Examples include data recovery from damaged computers, whether accidental or maliciously caused; double checking Prosecution Expert reports (which invariably is of considerable assistance when it comes to cross – examination of the Expert); and even having to write a specialist piece of software to recover text messages/photographs from a seemingly impenetrable IPhone. Of particular note is the fact that the reports commissioned are presented in such a manner, that those of us who are often lost in the quagmire of modern technology are able to comprehend and thus present with clarity to the Court and Jury.’’

Our team are really looking forward to meeting you at the event on Tuesday 11th October! Location: Booth number 6, The Tech Hub
