For decades RMIN has been managing its caseload by spreadsheet, which has become problematic due to being outdated, inefficient and time consuming. From the case request, case acceptance, assignment of an analyst, evidence intake, work completed, communication with the case agent, peer review and return of evidence, we needed one big fix!  With the need to streamline and update our process, we began searching for a single software solution.

After an extensive search we found the folks at IntaForensics and their Lima software fit the bill. Part of what we were looking for was a company that was easy to deal with and was sensitive to our needs. We wanted an affordable, customizable software solution that we could build upon, not be forced to adjust to.

The Lima software solution is a very dynamic piece of software that is not overly complicated. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with IntaForensics and the Lima solution. With the assistance of Andrew and his technical support team we have a process that is more user friendly, very streamlined and state of the art.

 

Sam Walton and Andrew Frowen went over and above to answer all our questions so we could make an educated decision on what solution was best for us.  They also spent the time to understand our workflow and offered suggestions on how to optimize our use of their solution.
