A World’s First and a Huge Milestone for IntaForensics and Cell Site Analysis.
Over the past 6 years, IntaForensics has embraced the requirement for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for our digital forensic laboratory and the company has regularly sought to extend our scope of accreditation to address the developing world of technology.
Following one of the most intensive and challenging UKAS assessments we have experienced (and that is saying something), IntaForensics has an exciting announcement. UKAS has issued IntaForensics with a recommendation for accreditation to ISO 17025 and the FSR Codes of Practice and Conduct for cell site analysis, pending successful close-out of assessment findings and FSR review.
IntaForensics has been a key contributing member of the cell site accreditation pilot scheme and today marks a milestone in the robust assessment process where we hosted senior UKAS staff and cellsite technical specialists.
The accreditation of cell site analysis has proved to be extremely demanding and has necessitated an exceptional commitment to research, testing and validation work to reach a stage where UKAS have felt confident in assessing IntaForensics’ cell site operations. We believe this is a unique achievement and as the UK’s leading provider of cell site analysis services, we are incredibly proud to be at the leading edge of this new accreditation.
