IntaForensics provide a quality guaranteed service. We follow our quality assurance reviews on all forensic case submissions, reports and documents created within the company, ensuring that everything we provide to the client is of the highest quality. The Quality Management System (QMS) policy is adopted for each case file and follows a predefined check of critical steps in the forensic process. Each step is checked initially by the lead Analyst for compliance, and then peer assessed prior to submission.
The management of IntaForensics’ service quality is through IntaForensics’ Forensic Case Management Software, Lima. Lima provides a detailed view of case statistics, service level compliance and organisational resources, as well as being able to manage sales, accounting and operational workflow. This quality driven management system enables IntaForensics to have insight into all hardware, software and staff resources within its operation to ensure the demands of the client are met.
As IntaForensics is BS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013 accredited, the company can guarantee the information security of its own data and data held on behalf of its clients. We operate a dedicated secure collection and delivery service using our own staffed GPS enabled vehicles, and security cleared drivers. The exhibit collection and delivery service operates a “no stop” service and in all instances, submissions are collected and delivered to the facility in the same day.
ISO 9001 specifies the quality management system requirements that support the consistent provision of services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO/IEC 17025:2005 specifies the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, and through the rigorous assessment process IntaForensics has been recognised as achieving all those requirements by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and has been awarded accreditation against ISO 17025:2005 for a specified scope of activities, see UKAS website for details.

James House QCBarrister / 7 Bedford Row Chambers
"As a Barrister specialising in criminal trials I am increasingly confronted with information emanating from computers, mobile phones, satellite navigation systems and other hi-tech gadgets. This data is very often central to the issues in the case. Being able to understand its provenance, its limitations and its accuracy is vital, whether one is prosecuting or defending.Andrew Frowen and the team at IntaForensics are exemplary. I have instructed them in all manner of cases. Examples include data recovery from damaged computers, whether accidental or maliciously caused; double checking Prosecution Expert reports [which invariably is of considerable assistance when it comes to cross-examination of the Expert]; and even having to write a specialist piece of software to recover text messages/photographs from a seemingly impenetrable iphone.Of particular note is the fact that the reports commissioned are presented in such a manner, that those of us who are often lost in the quagmire of modern technology, are able to comprehend and thus present with clarity to the Court and Jury."
Eleanor LakeTrading Standards Officer / Warwickshire Trading Standards
"I wanted to formally pass on my thanks for the hard work that you did on the enhancement of the DVD evidence as part of the trial I am currently working on. The dvd's were played in court yesterday and the judge made a special comment that they were much easier to follow and were much clearer. I know that your IntaForensics Experts put a great deal of work into turning these around in a particularly tight time frame and put in extra work after the initial cleaning of the audio to segment them to make them easier navigate. He also spent a large amount of time on the telephone with me and Marion to make sure we were confident in playing the discs to their full potential. The trial is ongoing but, whatever the outcome, you have provided us with a great service."

"Just a note to say thanks for the computer examination for [removed]. As always your reports are clear, concise and understandable….Outstanding work as always."
