IntaForensics works closely with law enforcement agencies across the globe – whether a police force in the UK, a task force, or a county sheriff’s department in the United States. The versatility and bespoke nature of our tried-and-tested case management system makes Lima an attractive solution for Digital Forensics Units (DFU’s) and High-Tech Crime Units (HTCU’s) all over the world. Teams can satisfy their need for a robust system, as well as track continuity and chain of custody of evidence.
Sergeant Lee Hauxwell from North Yorkshire Police’s Digital Forensics Unit shares his experience with our Lima Forensic Case Management Solution:
The team made implementation very user friendly. Personally, I have limited technical knowledge and with the help and guidance of those at IntaForensics, I was able to complete the setup and configuration of the system easily and efficiently. This resulted in us implementing a bespoke system created specifically for our needs.
Lima will transform the working of North Yorkshire Police’s Digital Forensics Unit. Not only will staff go paperless and ensure everything is recorded electronically and efficiently, but we will be able to manage cases at exhibit level and ensure we can finally manage all aspects of a case. We are very much looking forward to the challenge and have already seen fantastic results with the help of Lima.
Experience with our Lima team
The IntaForensics team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to understand our needs as a DFU lab and how our systems worked. They strived to find the best solution for us and immediately put us in touch with the right people. This ensured that we were able to start looking at the purchasing, implementation, and training of the Lima Case Management System (LCMS).
Nothing was too much trouble for the team over at IntaForensics – all questions and queries were answered in quick time and any problems encountered were immediately resolved. The training was superb and staff within our unit learned what was required and got a lot from it.
Joe Farndon was always on hand to help and explain everything in detail, ensuring that North Yorkshire Police received great service. More recently, we were involved with Kyle Horner and Ben Davies and would like to thank both technical specialists for all the support through training and getting Lima finally configured for the system to ‘Go Live’ at North Yorkshire Police.
I would highly recommend Lima to others who are wanting a customisable, easy to use and intuitive case management system.
The team at IntaForensics would like to thank Sergeant Hauxwell for taking the time to provide his feedback and invite any organisation looking for a new Forensic Case Management System to contact our Lima team.
