Can anyone remember back to early February when we all appeared to live in a very different world? At that time, we announced that, subject to the satisfactory close-out of a small number of findings raised during a UKAS extension to accreditation scope assessment, we were extending our existing scope of accreditation for the Capture and Preservation of data from drone devices.
We have now received confirmation from UKAS that the extension to scope has been formally granted and at the time of writing, we understand that we are the first and only ISO 17025 accredited Forensic Service Supplier (FSP) to possess this particular accreditation.
Maintaining, improving and ensuring compliance with the requirements of ISO 17025 and the associated Forensic Science Regulator’s Codes of Practice and Conduct are firmly embedded into the culture at IntaForensics and considered business as usual.
This latest fantastic achievement is a further example of IntaForensics’ commitment to the ISO 17025 accreditation process and a clear demonstration of the company’s drive to ensure that new and emerging digital forensic requirements are subject to the same rigorous validation processes.
