The ISO 9001 standard, established by the International Standards Organization, is a quality management system that sets a global standard for quality assurance processes and ensures a company’s products and services are among the best in the world.   Our quality systems have been in operation for a number of years and had been previously assessed by non-UKAS auditors but assessment by a UKAS accredited organisation was set as an objective in 2011.
