IntaForensics provides investigative services including Cyber and Digital Investigations to the legal sector, police forces, local authorities, and commercial organisations.  The organisation maintains specialist teams to deliver a range of cyber security services. We have also recently launched our Digital Investigations Unit

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Account Manager with proven Business Development experience; This is an excellent opportunity with real potential for progression. This role will suit someone with a highly engaging attitude, a customer centric focus and proven experience in maintaining and developing key customer relationships.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Key Accounts for Investigations – Cyber and DIU
  • Identify and prospect new business for Investigations Department
  • Lead generation and data building
  • Proactive and consistent outreach
  • Onboard and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Handle inbound enquiries and scope requirements
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Demonstrate strategic use of social media and LinkedIn
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Build internal relationships
  • Identify cross pollination of opportunities within the business
  • Manage SLA’s/TRT and daily account management including complaints and resolution
  • Arrange and attend regular client visits
  • Prepare MI and customer reporting
  • Work with marketing on events, publications and content
  • Administrative duties within account management of clients and contracts
  • Liaising with clients, internal resource and external consultants
  • Identify trends, potential partnerships and innovative ways of reaching existing markets

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Account Management experience
  • Significant experience in Business Development roles
  • Prior IT/Cyber or digital experience advantageous but not essential
  • Able to data mine and build own prospects
  • Experience with CRM Systems – preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience of MS Teams will be an advantage
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • People management experience

Continued development and training support will be given to the successful candidate

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Due to the nature of the role and our work, applicants will be required to be DBS checked and also NPPV-3, SC Cleared, therefore all applicants must be currently and permanently resident in the UK and have been continuously for at least 5 years.  Any cautions, convictions or financial issues will result in SC Clearance being denied.
