Building on the success of Forensic Access in the traditional forensic disciplines, we have recently acquired the digital forensics and cyber security specialists IntaForensics, and the forensic ecology, archaeology and training specialists Alecto Forensics.

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Full responsibility for management of forensic submissions
  • Line management of Cell Site survey and logistics
  • Provision of monthly and weekly statistics reports to clients
  • Fully responsible for all areas of administration
    • Meeting and greeting visitors
    • Arranging collections and deliveries with logistics
    • Answering and transferring calls
    • Manage customer queries / enquiries
    • Diary management
    • Procurement of supplies
    • Sending post
    • Implementation of procedures
  • Monitoring trends and providing feedback to management
  • Client engagement, creating positive working relationships with key accounts
  • Support day to day operations
  • Working with other members of the team during busy times, for your role and others
  • Forward planning for ad-hoc works
  • Providing support to the business development and sales team
  • Responsible for health and safety activities on site, including risk assessments, training of others etc. (full training provided).

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant, demonstrable administration experience
  • Educated to GCSE level standard in English and Maths, with excellent oral and written English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience of MS Teams will be an advantage
  • Experience in a customer focused environment

Due to the nature of the role and our work, applicants will be required to be DBS checked and also NPPV-3, SC Cleared, National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police security vetted, therefore all applicants must be currently and permanently resident in the UK and have been continuously for at least 5 years.  Any cautions, convictions or financial issues will result in SC Clearance being denied.
