As part of the ongoing improvements of Lima and in anticipation of our Lima 2.3 release, our Lima Support Platform will be moving to a new dedicated Lima Support Portal, developed by IntaForensics.
Our new Lima Support Portal will keep the same features present in the current system, with the added benefit of a dedicated downloads section for the latest versions and updates of Lima. This feature will be available to all clients who are in a current active period of SMS. The ability to download the latest versions and updates of Lima via the new dedicated download section ensures that all of our customers are always operating with the most advanced Forensic Case Management Software available to the market. We hope the change to an internally developed platform will allow us to continue to offer much more closer support and flexibility in the future.
Over the coming weeks, current users will receive an email containing logon credentials and a link to our new Lima Support Portal. Our current Support Platform, intaforensics.zendesk.com will still be active up until April 1st, however after this, all activity on the current platform will cease and the system will be deactivated.
