Cyber Security audits inform us of our current security posture and highlight areas where we may need to improve. It helps in evaluating existing incident response plans, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures that all necessary protocols and procedures are in place to minimise the impact of an incident and to facilitate a swift recovery.
Each cyber security audit is a comprehensive review of an organisation’s IT infrastructure. This applies to existing documentation (such as an Incident Response Plan, Acceptable Use Policy, Information Security Policy etc.), physical / cloud infrastructure, password policies etc.
The scope of the audit is defined through close collaboration between IntaForensics and your organisation and then the required documentation is provided. Information gathering via interviews with employees is also conducted in order to fill in any knowledge gaps or provide information that isn’t covered within the documentation.
Our professionals then review the documentation and interview notes and create the audit report which is rated against current frameworks and guideline (such as NCSC / NIST / ISO/IEC 27001:2022 etc.). Upon completion of the audit, you will receive a comprehensive report showing scores against each section of the scope, with security recommendations and an action plan for implementation.
